With Jaen we discovered the Iberian peninsula in Portugal (an identity associated with the Mencia variety). The cool altitude of the Dão lands promotes succulent, bluish fruits and white spices. The slopes of Taboadella bring us this modernity. Jaen is one of our treasures and the joy of fruity and intense aromas, combined with allspice, taking the variety into another dimension. The beautiful structure supported by soft, fine and coated tannins, combines perfectly with the tense and delicate body that this wine provides.
