The Encruzado grape variety, also known as Salgueirinho, is an endemic variety of Dão. Coming from a land of higher altitude and sheltered like the Taboadella vineyard, in granite metamorphosed over hundreds of thousands of years, in this plot we share our care with the Encruzado grape variety. The delicate graining of Encruzado vines requires extra attention during the growing season.
