Mineral aroma, with fruit well combined with wood smoke. Excellent body and acidity, complex, citrusy and with a very long finish. Fermentation in 500 liter barrels from various French oak forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 40% new barrels, the rest in 2nd year barrels.
