Very faint lemon yellow color. Aroma marked by ripe fruit with a tropical register, combining with discreet notes of asparagus and toast from French oak in a distinct, broad and harmonious set. The mouth surprises with the perfect fusion between aromatic richness, unctuousness and acidity. Great structure and a long, fresh aftertaste. It goes well with sautéed mushrooms, roasted fish, traditional Mediterranean cuisine, white meats and intensely flavored cheese.
