Small intense yellow color. Fine and refined bubbles. The aromas are led by macerated apple, freshly cut herbs and some sweets. The flowers on the right show an intense and fresh finish. Refreshed creamy foam. Again, large amounts of macerated fruit with sweet biscuit and light floral flavors. Finishes with medium persistence.
