Sparkling using the classic method. 36 months in the cellar and 1 month after disgorgement. Crystal clear, with fine and persistent bubble. Defined citrine color. Aroma with nuances of cassis, intense in biscuit, hazelnut and dried fruits. Fruity, fresh, delicate, crunchy, elegant harmonious mousse.
