Produced from the Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Syrah grape varieties planted in the vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. When the grapes reach the ideal state of ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total stemming and slight crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, part of the batch ages in French and American oak barrels. After aging, filtration, blending, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
