Covela Reserve White 2016

This white wine was made from the coupage typical of the area where it comes from, Vinho Verde. Arinto and Avesso are the queens here, to which a small proportion of Chardonnay has been added. After fermenting in Austrian and French oak casks, it ages with lees that give it extraordinary complexity. Very well integrated and mineral acidity, notes of pear, apricot and white plum stand out.
