Very deep red in color, it presents intense aromas dominated by fruit notes, such as plum jam, sour cherry and spices. In the mouth it is dense, enveloping, with well-marked acidity, structured and persistent. It is worth noting in this dry and hot year, the natural acidity that this “terroir” provides in the maturation and composition of the wines, achieving an excellent balance.
